Privacy Policy

This site may collect the following categories of information:

• Contact form submissions: name, email address, company name, team size, and message content.
• Flow health assessment responses: answers submitted voluntarily for personalized insight and follow-up resources.
• Usage analytics: high-level page and interaction signals used to understand site performance and content usage.
• Chat interactions: messages you choose to send through the on-site chat assistant.

I use submitted information to respond to inquiries, deliver requested resources, generate assessment outputs, and improve site quality. I do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Inquiry and assessment data is retained only as long as needed to respond, provide requested resources, and maintain service quality. Records are periodically reviewed for deletion. Analytics data retention follows the default retention policy of the analytics providers used on this site.

This site uses the following services to operate core functionality. Each processes data under its own privacy terms:

• Vercel - hosting, deployment, and site analytics.
• Supabase - database hosting for contact form submissions, quiz results, and chat data.
• Resend - transactional email delivery for contact form notifications.
• Anthropic (Claude) - AI processing for selected assistant and insight features.
• Cloudflare Turnstile - bot protection on form submissions. No personal data is collected beyond the verification token.
• Upstash - rate limiting via Redis. Stores only anonymized IP hashes temporarily.
• Calendly - scheduling interface for booking consultation calls.
