Fourteen years of delivery work taught me one pattern: the people are capable, the process is the problem. So I start with what your organization already does, make the work visible, measure it honestly, and change by agreement, which is why improvements hold after I leave.

That method cut cycle time 42% at CPower and took flow efficiency from 15.86% to 32.8% on a measured team at NRG Energy. At ExxonMobil I facilitated PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt for 100+ people on a single Agile Release Train. I am currently leading the relaunch of a multi-team release train for an enterprise client, and I run a production software product built through AI coding agents I direct, which is where my AI delivery work comes from: daily operation, not theory. From the Team Room to the Executive Suite

My engagements range from hands-on team coaching — redesigning standups, setting WIP limits, and building flow dashboards — to program-level work across multiple teams, including DORA metrics, Communities of Practice, and cross-team coordination design. I also deliver structured Service Delivery Reviews to VP and SVP-level leadership, translating flow data into the strategic conversations that drive organizational decisions. The common thread is measurement: every intervention is tied to data, and every recommendation is grounded in what the numbers actually show.

Release management at scale in regulated fintech: designed and led release cadences across 80+ people spanning QA, Dev (onshore + offshore), ProdOps, CCM, and Delivery; facilitated executive Go/No-Go reviews and ATC Checkpoint presentations to Program Steering Committee; built release checklists and governance processes for both on-cycle and off-cycle deployments.

Hospitality & Travel Technology(Hilton Grand Vacations)

Coached seven teams (40+ members) across Sales, Analytics, Data Science, and AI. Monte Carlo forecasting replaced estimation-based scheduling, a Flow-Based Metrics briefing series ran for Senior Directors, and an AI-assisted coaching tool turned Azure DevOps flow data into retrospective prep and executive-ready narratives.

AI Delivery Systems

I operate a production software product, Zera Fit, built and maintained through AI coding agents I direct: multiple agents with enforced file-ownership boundaries, an LLM evaluation harness that gates releases in CI, and an adversarial suite mapped to the OWASP LLM Top 10, governed by 130+ numbered standing decisions.

I bring that operating model to teams adopting AI agents: how to structure the work, evaluate LLM output before it ships, and stay accountable for what agents produce. I do not write most of the code; I design the system that writes it.
